PHPFusion X3 RV3 Update

No it's not ready yet smile Just a message to let you know that I am still working on PHPFusion X3 RV3, but it's release is now scheduled for the first week in April. The main reason is that I want to ensure that the minor bugs are completely ironed out. I also need more time to work out how to utilise the file hosting provided by SourceForge.net.

Update: The Admin Panel and Main Site language files are complete, just the forum language files to do, then the upgrade script to write. I'm getting closer!
