PHPFusion Language files

The Language files for PHPFusion X3 are nearly ready, translation volunteers have been selected, please check This Forum Thread. I will be Private Messaging volunteers with a download link within the next week so that translation can begin.
I'm working as fast as possible, but I can confirm tests have been conducted successfully on the updated install.php script. There are just a few more bits to sort out, including the upgrade.php script to upgrade RV2 to RV3. It's coming!
