Ok I've been coding all afternoon and have completed the work mentioned in my previous post. Download the zip package quotes_gpc_patch and upload the contents to your server. You will then need to execute the script dbpatch.php e.g. mydomain.com/dbpatch.php. That's all

Update: v3.04 Full Install and Upgrade packages have now been updated to include these fixes.
