Go to your servage admin page and open the mysql database.
Go to prefix_users and view the content.
Change the email for your super admin, and request to receive a new password on your site.
Have they deleted anything, or did they just replace the front page?

Guys can you make sure you have updated to the latest messages.php. I'm also in the middle of completely rewriting this as it is a seriously flawed page security wise. If you can live without pm's for a while, dump it.
