I think this makes me sound like a noob, and may be spam but im going to take this chance. All as i wanted to know, is how to start making your site, how do you get to the part where you access start building. I have been wondering for about 1 and a half years on how to make a PHP fusion site to impress my friends, but i couldnt find how:( So can people please help me, and i would appreciate it if people dont shout noob! And stuff like this should be in the other section. Please just tell me, please.

Im not to sure how far at the beginning you are but I will start at the very beginning:

1st Come up with a domain name ( eg www.hello.com )
2nd Find a registrar to register your domain name ( just google domain name registration )
3rd Find a host. You need to "rent" a little piece of someone's server to place all your php-fusion files etc. Most companies do registration and hosting.
4th Upload PHPFusion to your host and start inviting people.

that's the very base of getting started, is that what you needed to know?

As cjswell said, but I recommend you to download a package that contains all the background needed in order to run ur site (php5, mysql, phpMyadmin, apache) this package is available for free by many website.
e.g Xampp - www.apachefriends.org (33M) or appserv (9 M)
If u sent me ur e-mail I can send u appserv package. For me I firstly installed appserv package and php-fusion in my local host - my pc - to test the site and modify it , then after that u can follow cjswell instructions.
Good luck;)

Yes. A little. The domain always costs money.
The hosting, any decent hosting, also costs money. Some as cheap as 3-4 dollars per month, but still money. The only thing for free is Your site with PHPFusion. :p

1. find a free host (google for 'em)
2. Use your local machine as a webserver

either way, you won't have a domain name, but the solution might be a free subdomain (i.e. v3.com)

EDIT: this seems to be happening a lot lately... that simultaniously posting

Most web hosts have a demand of being above a certain age. Any usage is normally not allowed under 13. Owning a domain or, well just owning anything, is normally limited to 18 and above.

mdwebhosting.com.au is excellent.

I thought you were able to get a domain name if you're a minor provided you have your parents permission. Although I'm probably wrong about that lol.
