1. When registered user writes the news: do I - Administrator - have to accept it? I don't see any option on or off...

2. Why attaching image to the news is "dead" - attachment not possible...

you always have to accept the news before the news is published.

Me, as the Admin I can edit/add news with some formats. "Change color" and all formatting tools are O.K. but "Attach image" (it may have other name) doesn't work...
