What I am looking for is where the change the logo in the top left hand corner of the Bootstrap theme. It is not in the banners area and my apologies for not being clearer.

Thank you so much Helmuth, I can't believe I did not see that earlier. Truth be told however, I was expecting it to be in the theme.php file of the bootstrap theme.
