Are the permissions set ok?

I think the folder is /images/photoalbum/submissions/

In ftp or your control panel change the permissions to 777
This allows the web user to write to that folder.

yes permission are set okay but when I hit publish photo I can a line rror to my dir. and it say dir do not exsit

what's your web URL so I can have a look, or can u post the exact error up.

my domain is not actually in that dir .hsphere, it in the root.
How can i chhange the url or dir?

Any way it looks like directory /images/photoalbum/album_1/ does not have the permissions 777....
