Side panel called Weblinks

Hi, i found out that was created a side panel, called "Weblinks", with lots of spam links. I'm the only administrator of the site and every time i delete it, it reappears.
I'm running PHP-fusion 6.01.16 and i've integrated a security system to protect local POST and GET variables from xss and sql injections.
I thought was a problem of my hosting server, cause i didn't receive any alert from my security system.
Do you know something?

@ka-design: no, i'm on aruba. and they told me that it isn't a problem of the server.
