Just thought I'd post the link to my site again for anyone wanting to see a fixed-width, two-column approach to a fusion site. It's a cruise travel site called CruiseJournals, and it's getting pretty popular. As of Dec 4, 2006, there are over 2500 members, and it's growing everyday.
It has some pretty heavy modifications to it, and you might find it interesting as a fusion site with a heavy media/visual focus. I haven't seen many fusion sites that are as heavily photo/video oriented as mine, so you might be interested in having a look at how I've integrated media into the site.
I also have a custom front page that is pretty heavily modified from what you usually see on a news.php page.
I haven't upgraded to the latest version, since my site is so heavily modified...maybe one day when I've got some time to get all the changes done.

Haha...yeah, it only works on one page...and I'm not sure how good it is. Kind of neat though :)
