I am not sure if that is appropriate use and approved alteration of the official PHPFusion logo. You may want to seek permission to use and (in my opinion) abuse it as you have.

lol Thanks for the compliment, that is no alteration its 100% mine , I'm just good. I would be happy to give the PSD file to the PHPFusion crew to prove it.

Just because you have a psd of a logo does not represent that the logo is yours and give you the right to do as you please. Your psd is a recreation of the real thing, that is copyright protected. As the footer states, "Logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners." This topic has been discussed and needed approval by the PHPFusion crew to be altered. Just an FYI.

If you are so good as you say, then try to do by youself, for example a new, own logo. Not just redraw official logo.
As a second, if you start a "design" page or studio, like you wish, then try to make "own" design, which will be unique.

But so far I don't see there something what is so nice on this page. Just another amateur page with some remakes (logo).

I remember some words from Half-Life 1 : "You talk too much...".

Please refrain from altering our logo. Use other fonts and only an approximation to our design.

i have a php fusion themes site, but i would never use the php fusion logo, its not mine to use

I did not alter your logo i made my own logo from scratch and the font is not the same. If you all was so worried about people using someone else's design/graphics's then you would not have stand for anyone to rip someone's graphics's on your own site. I have many years learning photoshop and I'm no rookie, one thing i do know Jame's at http://www.phpfusionthemes.info/news.php has used Wassouf's block images and that's ok to have on here with no mentions of, in stead i get shot down at the mere word of it.

I made a logo that looked some what like your logo because i wanted a similar look like the original logo to represent what i thought at one time was a great CMS but i was wrong there is no CMS out there worth any of this. It sure looks like someone here has something against me, thats fine i will close my site and look for a better community to design for.

What happen to Shedrock anyway why would he say on his site quote: Apart from the members here I really don't care much for the PHP Fusion community and well, the whole so called PHP Fusion crew. :|

OK, You are right. The font is not the same, but it is similar enough to cause confusions.

1- The font is available, www.dafont.com/xcelsion
2- The "Atom" is available in any default Photoshop setup, its one of the standard included vectorized shapes
3- Anyone with minimal skills can do their own logo much similar, if not identical, to ours.

What we want to avoid is any official connection to your site without a permission, or your site to somehow imply its officially condoned by us.

I do not care the slightest about your impression of Shedrock or what he types at his site about PHPFusion. I have no personal quarrel with him or anyone.

You want to make themes for this CMS, fine, make them and I am sure they will be appreciated, but do not try to fool users to believe that you are something you are not. End of story.
