I have just created a website. I can login with my normal password, but when i try to login with my Super Administrator password, it fails. Is my Admistrator password Id different than my Normal ID?

Admistrator password is for managing your content, for adding/editing/etc. your panels and stuff like that.

Try to edit some panel, it will ask you for administrator password. So Administrator password is only used when editing important stuff about your site, not for login :)
