Hiring Coder for a job

Hi guys..
I have a paid job for a dilligent coder..
Todo:
User fields:(Oh Noes!)
user_ebayuser
- Required during registration.
- Can be updated via edit_profile.php
- Cannot be seen by other members.
- Shouldn't be required to update via edit_profile.php when other fields are selected.
user_ebaypass
- Required during registration.
- Confirm ebaypass procedure.
- Crypted for database, but also needs to be decrypted into readable for saving to a file on the system. (Since i am using an external program that needs the information)
- Can be updated via edit_profile.php
- Cannot be seen by other members.
- Admins shouldn't be able to see it either.
- Shouldn't be required to update via edit_profile.php when other fields are selected.
Price: Lets negotiate :)

The above job requires replicating user name and password methods. It does not need to go through the user authentication file, so it's not too messy here. Anyway, remember to double hash user password.
Make offer to honey. Take the job! Before I get tied up..
