Cannot download files from forum!

Hi i have a problem with my forum part.
Whenever someone is attaching a file to the forum, it is not possible to download it. Sure there is a link to the file, and the file also exists in /forum/attachments but when i clicke on the file i just get a blank page but no download. can anyone help me on this. and yes there are full permissions on the folders required.
my site is www.digitalmedieforum.dk if anyone wanna see the error in working progress. just remember to make a user there. and please make the user so that i know it is related to this thread, so i do not think you are a spam bot.
