You need to provide more details and/or your website, if you expect quality assistance. Too little details provided here in your original post.

Is this the code you used? I'll test it later when I have time.

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="263" width="320" id="jtv_player_flash" data="http://www.justin.tv/widgets/jtv_player.swf?channel=urbanmonkey" bgcolor="#000000"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="movie" value="http://www.justin.tv/widgets/jtv_player.swf" /><param name="flashvars" value="channel=urbanmonkey&auto_play=false&start_volume=25" /></object><a href="http://www.justin.tv/urbanmonkey" style="padding:2px 0px 4px; display:block; width:320px; font-weight:normal; font-size:10px; text-decoration:underline; text-align:center;">Watch live video from Urban Monkey cP on Justin.tv</a>

Welcome panel code in main settings is sanitized and that's probably why it's not working.

You can also use code in an ordinary center panel.

Yeah, you would create a new panel and put it there. But it looks like you've got it working. Good luck!
