I have received the 3rd or 4th email from one of my members who are telling me that they can't access the site from their smart phones. The latest email is received is as follows:

Cannot access site - Sent from my HTC Oneā„¢ X, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

The website is here

http://www.fredsfollies.com/sports

I'm probably the last person in the world that does not have a smart phone and therefore cannot duplicate the issue. Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Then they are doing something wrong. I use a Pantech Marauder, and I am looking at your site right now on my phone. I just registered on your site from my phone.

Interesting. I'm thinking that he might have been using his work's network and the network blocked access to the site.

He could have entered the address wrong. Keyboards on phones are not the best for typing.

I see the whole site, just like you were looking at the PC. The theme does work well mobile

Also it happens at times. Even with my phone looking at my site. It will timeout or give me the 403. Even though the page exists, the internet is telling you it is not. Also what browser is he using. There could be alot of factors.

I see the site on my Verizon phone.

Have not heard back from this specific member, so perhaps he got access to it. I had also asked my son to check on his smartphone (also Verizon) and he was also able to view the site.
