Trojan attack

Trojan attack
As you may be aware a number of PHPFusion sites were attacked on Thursday by means a trojan. I spent the best part of two hours on Thursday evening trying to regain control of the situation here at php-fusion.co.uk. I temporarily disabled all administrators and changed my password (all admins have now been restored). I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused and am doing my upmost to discover how this happened. It's believed to be linked with an unreported incident on a now closed site (Beta Fusion).

This attack affects Windows users only. Microsoft have released a critical update to address this serious issue and all users are strongly advised to update their systems. Thanks to AmyLee, here are direct links to the relevant patches:

Windows 2000 SP4 | Windows XP | Windows XP x64 | Windows Server 2003
