Starting today we are launching a new service called the PHP Fusion Helpdesk. This helpdesk will allow users to create a ticket to be addressed by the PHP Fusion Staff. While this makes it easy for the staff to answer support requests it adds alot of work for us. With that said before creating a ticket the following guidelines must be met:
1. You must have searched the forum for your answer
2. You must have made a post in the forum if your search resulted in 0 results
3. Your post must be 24 hours old with no replies or atleast no replies with the answer your looking for
4. When creating the ticket you must copy and paste the link to your thread in the ticket so that the support personnel can review it and others can benefit from the answer.
5. Support at this point in time is for the PHP Fusion Core only
6. PHP Fusion Core 7 .. IS NOT SUPPORTED.
All support requests regarding v7 will be ignored and deleted from the helpdesk system. No matter how simple the question.
Please remember that this is an ALPHA trial meaning we may decide to remove this system if abused by the public. If all goes well we will eventually add more areas of support. We will in the future offer paid support options once the staff has decided how we will go about it.
Any questions can be directed to me personally.
* All staff please read the post on the crew site.
