As the details of the horrific events in Oslo and Utøya continue to unfold in the media, we are all deeply saddened by the senseless loss of life of so many innocent people. It is difficult to understand the mindset of someone who could do such an evil thing. There is evil in the world, this we know. But, it is in a small way heartening to know that decent people from all walks of life and from all over the world are truly horrified and appalled by such barbarity.
