I've decided to rebadge PHPFusion X3 to PHPFusion. I'm also dropping the RV extension. Future releases will be PHPFusion v3.0x, beginning with v3.04 which may come sooner than planned. I've already made adjustments to the way locales and character sets are set.
I'm also in the midst of writing a comprehensive FAQ to answer commonly asked questions, this will be up soon. v3.04 won't be ground breaking but more of a minor service update. I'll update you all soon!
